Pet Stay Policy on Hotel Premises

Active Hotel welcomes guests along with their pets – domestic animals – for an additional fee. When making a reservation, please inform us if you will be arriving with a dog or cat. Accommodation with pets is only possible in designated rooms. We require our guests to comply with our regulations.

Hotel Pet Stay Regulations:

1. Only domestic animals (non-aggressive dogs and cats) are allowed in the hotel.
2. The cost of staying with each animal in the hotel is 50 PLN per day.
3. Animals must be kept in the owners' rooms.
4. Dogs must be walked on a leash and muzzled, under the supervision of the owner or an authorized person.
5. There is an absolute ban on bringing animals into the restaurant and café.
6. If the bedding in the room where the animal stays becomes soiled (fur, mud) or damaged, the owner is required to purchase the entire bedding set at a price of 150 PLN/set.
7. Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs on the hotel premises and its surroundings.
8. Cat owners must have a litter box with sand and empty it into a plastic bag, which they must then dispose of in a container indicated by hotel staff.
9. No animal should be left alone in the room if it disturbs the peace of other guests during that time.
10. All damages to hotel property or property of other guests caused by animals will be assessed by the hotel management, and the costs will be charged to the owners.
11. Hotel staff do not clean rooms where an animal is left unattended. Room cleaning takes place only when the owner is present. Please contact Reception to arrange cleaning times.

A fine of 300 PLN will be imposed for failing to inform the hotel reception about having a pet in the room.
