Information clause for hotel clients

According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119 of 04/05/2016), we would like to inform you that:

  1. the administrator of your personal data is Active Hotel Sp. z o.o., ul. Czajcza 19, 51-422 Wrocław
  2. Your personal data will be processed in order for you to use tourist services - pursuant to Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016,
  3. only entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities involved in the implementation of your services wil be the recipients of your personal data.
  4. Personal data will be stored for 3 years.
  5. You have the right to request access to personal data from the administrator, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer the data.
  6. You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
  7. Providing personal data is required for the conclusion of the contract.

Consent clause

 Pursuant to Article 6.1 sec. a) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 05/04/2016) I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of recruitment.

 Information part

 According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119 from 04/05/2016), we would like to inform you that:

  1.  the administrator of your personal data is Active Hotel Sp. z o.o., ul. Czajcza 19, 51-422 Wrocław
  2. Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes - pursuant to Art. 6 par. 1 letter a general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 and the Labor Code from June 26, 1974.
  3. Your personal data will be stored during the recruitment period.
  4. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the administrator, the right to rectify, delete or limitat the processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer your data, the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  5. You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  6. Providing the data is voluntary.
  7. Your data will be processed in an automated way, including in for profiling. Automated decision-making will be carried out on the terms set out in the recruitment regulations, the consequence of such processing will be that we contact only selected candidates.
